Order a guided-custom dildo!

Guided-customs are a way to get a more personalized toy. If you give us a general description or inspiration image, we can make a toy with inspired colors in the firmness, size, and model that you desire.

How To Order:

• Choose your desired toy model & size. You can find all our toy models listed on the our toys section, with specs for each toy in each size on the individual model pages. 
• Select desired silicone hardness. Larger sizes will feel firmer than smaller toys of the same hardness. Keep this in mind.
• Select level of customization. This is ultimately how much effort we will put into making a toy that fits the colors / image inspiration. You can get anything from a guided-custom where we send photos of the poured toy for your approval before shipping it out, to a total surprise where we decide the colors.
• Type the description of your colors, and optionally upload an inspiration picture. If you selected "Complete Surprise", these will not be available.
• Ensure that you understand and agree to the information about guided-customs in this form.

Limitations:

• Guided customs will not be able to replicate your inspiration image in its exact patterns. If you have a vision for a very specifically patterned toy, it is unlikely we will be able to do it.
• We're still getting the hang of fades. They are easier to do with soft silicones.
• Exact colors aren't a guarantee, due to how it might look in different lighting, how colors appear on different monitors / devices, etc.
• If the complexity of the request makes for a safety concern at our skill level, we won't move forward with the custom.

Customization Levels:

• Guided Custom - Tell us the colors / inspiration you're aiming for, and we'll work with you through communication. Once made, we'll send you pictures of the toy for your approval. If you are unhappy due to the toy totally missing the mark (say, completely different colors from what you picked), or there's some cosmetic issue that's a deal killer, we offer 1 complimentary repour.
• Custom Surprise - Tell us the colors you're aiming for and we'll take full artistic liberty from there! Once the order is in, we'll work on it and ship it to you without photo verification.
• Complete Surprise - Give us full control! We'll just do whatever comes to our artistic hearts. Once the order is in, we'll work on it and ship it to you without photo verification.

Guided customs are made-to-order, and may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

Note: If the description field has something out of the scope of the selected customization level, such as specific patterns described for a Custom Surprise, the order may be cancelled.

If you have a guided custom and you do not respond to the finished toy photo email within 1 week, the toy will be shipped to you with the assumption that you accept the look of the toy.
