All of my toys were modeled, developed, and poured by me. My toys are made in a pet-friendly home, but are cleaned before shipment.
Toys are handmade and may have minor imperfections. These imperfections should not effect use of the toy.
Do not use silicone-based lubricants with silicone toys, as this will break down the toy. You can clean the toy by washing it with a scent-free detergent or by boiling it for 5-10 minutes.
